在這座何文田君頤峰的1,321呎豪宅中，設計師以精湛的手法將現代輕奢風格與藝術氣息完美結合，為品味獨到的業主打造出一個兼具美學與功能性的理想居所。步入寬敞的客廳，首先映入眼簾的是地面鋪設的灰色雲石瓷磚，其冷冽的光澤與牆面米白色歐陸風線條形成優雅對比。一張質感溫潤的卡其色絨布沙發成為空間焦點，不僅柔化了石材的冷硬感，更與玫瑰金金屬飾條相得益彰。設計師巧妙運用材質的碰撞 – 石材的剛硬、絨布的柔軟、金屬的光澤，在統一的色調中創造出豐富的層次感。

開放式餐廚區延續了客廳的設計語言，大理石餐桌與客廳地面呼應，搭配玫瑰金吊燈，在簡約中透露精緻。廚房採用了隱藏式設計，將現代家電完美融入整體空間，既保持美感又不失實用性。主人套房堪稱設計亮點，床頭那面3D軟包藝術牆採用歐洲進口材質，立體紋理在燈光下呈現迷人的光影變化。步入式衣帽間的全鏡面設計不僅實用，更巧妙地擴大了視覺空間。主衛延續雲石主題，雙洗手台設計搭配玫瑰金五金件，細節處盡顯奢華。女兒房則跳脫主空間的沉穩，以Funky風格展現青春活力。一面牆鋪滿充滿童趣的幾何圖案壁紙，另一面則採用可塗鴉的烤漆玻璃面板，讓空間能隨小主人成長而變化。設計師更在角落設置了閱讀區，搭配造型獨特的燈具，打造出專屬的創意天地。

在這個精心設計的居所中，每一處細節都經過深思熟慮：走廊盡頭的當代藝術畫作、衛浴空間的造型壁燈、隱藏式的智能家居系統…這些元素共同編織出一幅現代生活的美好圖景。設計師成功地在1,321呎的空間裡，將藝術品味與生活需求完美融合，創造出一個既時尚又溫馨的夢想之家。

*Residential Design at Ho Man Tin Summit* The Perfect Fusion of Contemporary Art and Light Luxury Aesthetics

In this 1,321 sq.ft luxury residence at Ho Man Tin Summit, the designer has masterfully blended modern light luxury style with artistic elements to create an ideal living space that balances aesthetics and functionality for the discerning homeowner.

Upon entering the spacious living room, the eyes are immediately drawn to the gray marble tiles flooring, whose cool luster contrasts elegantly with the beige European-style wall moldings. A warm caramel-colored velvet sofa serves as the focal point, softening the hardness of the stone surfaces while complementing the rose gold metal trims. The designer skillfully plays with material contrasts – the hardness of stone, the softness of velvet, and the sheen of metal – creating rich layers within a unified color scheme.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area continues the living room’s design vocabulary. The marble dining table echoes the living room flooring, paired with rose gold pendant lights that add refinement to simplicity. The kitchen features concealed design elements that seamlessly integrate modern appliances into the overall space, maintaining both beauty and practicality. 

The master suite stands out as a design highlight. The 3D upholstered feature wall behind the bed uses imported European materials, with its textured surface creating captivating light and shadow play under illumination. The walk-in closet’s full-mirror design not only serves practical purposes but also visually expands the space. The master bathroom extends the marble theme, with dual vanity sinks and rose gold fixtures showcasing luxurious details.

The daughter’s room breaks away from the main area’s restraint, expressing youthful energy through funky styling. One wall features geometric patterned wallpaper full of playful charm, while another incorporates writable glass panels that can evolve with the young occupant’s growth. The designer has also created a dedicated reading nook with distinctive lighting, forming a creative personal space.

Every detail in this meticulously designed residence has been carefully considered: the contemporary artwork at the end of the hallway, the sculptural wall lights in the bathroom, the hidden smart home system… These elements collectively weave a beautiful vision of modern living. Within 1,321 sq.ft, the designer has successfully fused artistic taste with practical living needs, creating a dream home that is both stylish and warm.
